As of today, I have the EBP software 2023r1 (9400) from 2023, and I need to create a tax-exempt invoice.

How do we proceed?

    Hello,

    You need to have a "self-employed" customer account and therefore without VAT

      Hello,

      Not necessarily, a certain number of operations, for example intra-community ones, are not subject to VAT.
