My Switch still won't turn on |:(

Good evening, does anyone have an answer to this problem:
It turned off suddenly when my little brother was watching YouTube on it (he remembered it earlier)
And if a moderator could pin this topic so it doesn’t get lost in the infinite space of the forum that would be cool :)
Thank you for your replies
PS: I created this topic because I thought the other one was closed (even the comments) but that’s not the case

I think I've found the issue
It seems to be a problem with a M92T36 or P13 chip
I ordered them and I'll see if it makes a difference

I replaced the M92T36 and P13 USB chips: now it turns on but shows error code 2101-0001 and I can't enter safe mode. What does it mean?

So it doesn't charge anymore either, so I think I might have soldered the chip poorly or I didn't clean the flux with isopropyl alcohol. What do you think?

Hello,
I had the same problem with my daughter's Switch. She turns it on to go on YouTube, I believe, and the console suddenly goes black. It wouldn't respond at all, impossible to turn it back on, so I charged it just in case, but nothing happened. I removed the game cartridge, still nothing.
What I did that fixed it was to press the button to turn on the Switch multiple times—press, release, press, and so on. After a while, the console turned back on, and since then there have been no more problems. I hope this can help you.
Best regards.
Hello,
In your comment, you think it's a chip issue, but you're not 100% sure because the problem persists. If it were really the chip, the issue would have been resolved since you changed the chip.
Instead of wasting money and time for nothing, I advise you to send it back to customer service if it is still under warranty; they will take care of it.
If I take my Switch for repair and they need to replace it/change the motherboard, what will happen to my data?

I'm not 100% sure, but I think that the backups are saved
on Nintendo's cloud servers. I believe you just need to be logged into your profile and
download the backups from the cloud servers to the Switch to
retrieve them.
On my PS5, that's what I did. When I had to reset my PS5, I
would download my backups from Sony's cloud servers to my PS5, and I
would retrieve my backups.
So I think that, with Nintendo, it should be the same thing.
If not, call Nintendo's customer service and ask them how to retrieve your
backups.

Thank you for your very quick response :)
I wanted to use this solution as a last resort.
I already said that I opened a duplicate because I thought the other one was closed; otherwise, I wouldn't have done it, I would have directly replied to the initial topic.
For YouTube, it might be a software issue, but I would be surprised since I tried several methods to turn it back on.
