Hello,

I have several email addresses on Free, one primary and some secondary ones.

One of my secondary addresses is blocked and I don't know how to recover it.

I contacted Free support but they only provide methods for recovering the primary address.

Can you help me?

    To recover your secondary address with Free, you can follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your main Free account.
    2. Go to the management of your email accounts (My Account > My Services > Mail).
    3. Scroll down to the section for secondary email accounts.
    4. You will find here the list of all your secondary email addresses, including the one that is blocked.
    5. Click on the 'edit' link next to the blocked address.
    6. A new page will open, where you can change the password for this secondary address.
    7. Don't forget to save your changes.

    Then try logging in to the secondary address with the new password. Normally, you should be able to access it now.
