Conditional Formatting by Pattern

Hello,
I'm looking for conditional formatting that colors cells when another one contains a pattern except for the pattern FORM where the cell should be pink.
Thanks in advance to those who will help me

Lili !
I could obviously help you out; but I refuse to work on your spreadsheets with systematically merged cells!

Hello Lili
I completely agree with what Raymond says (my best regards), working with merged cells sometimes leads to errors.
By removing all the unnecessary columns, the relevant column goes from " O " to " i ". The word "FORM" is not in the dropdown list of this column, so how do you expect a pink conditional formatting for that word?
In the manager, there are 3 conditional formats for the same reason, is that normal?
Clarifications are needed on what format you want to have and their conditions of application.
Moreover, will they also need to be applied to the file from the other topic, specifically in the file sent in this response?
I look forward to your explanations as precise as possible and with an example of what you want to achieve.
Best regards
Hello,
Here is the file https://www.cjoint.com/c/NGdkPmwlDzJ
I would like the cells S6 and below to be automatically grayed out when a reason is entered in cell O, except for the absence reason "FORM," in which case cell S should turn pink.
