However, MoneyGram has the right to refuse to erase your data in the following cases: The company is legally obliged to retain your data, for example, to comply with financial or other regulations; The company is performing an task of public interest; MoneyGram can prove that your interests do not outweigh the legitimate interests of the company; or Retaining your data is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
