Amino bug again!

Hello,
today Amino is supposed to experience the biggest crash of their lives because it's impossible to get in! Already since 6 a.m. it's been impossible to enter a conversation.. in a fit of anger I uninstalled everything and got myself disconnected (big mistake) because since then I haven't been able to access the app! It's really unfortunate, I had been there for 4 years..
Has this happened to you too? I'm starting to worry about how to fix this..? No one is answering me, the Amino service is a disaster!

You need to be patient, and it's unlikely that they can handle a large number of user requests in a very short time.
As for the rest, if the site in question is experiencing issues with its servers, then the only option is to wait for it to be resolved by the site maintenance team.

But it's still not working.. usually bugs take 1 or 2 hours, not a whole day.. I'm afraid I might have lost my account, although I don't think so since I've been getting a message saying "it seems something went wrong on our end, please try again later" since 6 AM, the app has been acting up.. I'm worried..
Yes, but if the problem originates from their end, there won't be any miracles here on CCM. In this context, only the site is able to correct the issue.
If the error is related to your connection, please wait a few hours and try again. It could be due to a disconnection with our server.

Yes, but sometimes, certain more complex outages can take several weeks to be repaired.
