Since the Firefox update, I also had several bugs on Pinterest: when I wanted to save an image from a website to Pinterest, it would show a blank or black page, the images that normally appear below a pin would not load and hence would not display, and Pinterest was very sluggish.
I found this solution that resolved my issue. I'm sharing it in hopes of helping some of you:
"Try browsing Pinterest in incognito/private mode: when you switch to private browsing, your extensions are disabled and you don't use the same cookies or cache as when you're in a regular window of your browser.
If private browsing solves the problem, clear the cache and delete the cookies, or try disabling your extensions until you identify the one causing the issue."

To clear the cache and delete cookies in Firefox (new version):
1. Click on the 3 horizontal lines at the top right of your browser
2. Click on options, a window opens, then on the left "privacy and security"
3. Scroll down to "cached web content" and click on "clear now" then just below "site data" click on "remove all data".
4. Go back to Pinterest, the site should work normally!
This solution worked for me. Good luck!
