I have a problem with my TCL TV; it has been stuck on a black screen with a spinning colored logo since yesterday.

What should I do, please?

Hello,

You can try unplugging the power cord for 10 to 30 minutes, and then see if the television turns on again.

I suppose this television is no longer under warranty.

What is the exact model of this television?
