Hello,

I just managed to pair the two earbuds together.

I turned them on at the same time by pressing the touch area on each earbud for 3 seconds. They started to blink red/white quite slowly. I tapped the touch area about 5 times very quickly, until the red/white blinking became very fast.

When both earbuds were blinking this way at the same time, I waited for one of them to turn off, which indicated it had paired with the other; this happened after about 10 seconds.

I then turned on the Bluetooth on my phone; it only detected one BLP4970. I connected it and then I heard sound in stereo, simultaneously in both earbuds.

Have a great day

Thank you, I just had the issue and resolved it with this trick :thumb:

Thank you,

The 2 earbuds are properly turned off after a long press.

I place them in the case and they turn on.

I take the 2 earbuds out of the case and activate the Bluetooth on the smartphone, and 2 BLP4970 devices appear on the Bluetooth list.

I pair the first BLP4970 and only one earbud outputs sound, and if I pair the second BLP4970, the sound comes from the other earbud.

I sent a message to the company Blaunpkunt, I'll see if they respond as quickly as you do.

Hello.

You just need to read the user manual.

Thank you bazfile for the link, but it does not correspond to the same model.

The principle is the same.

Hello.

Assuming everything is touch-sensitive,

it is indeed hard to find a manual online for the BLP 4970,

you would first need to activate the Bluetooth function on your phone and stay in the corresponding menu.

Take an earpiece, press and hold that area for at least 3 seconds while watching for a change in state (LED flashing or something else),

then search (by enabling device search of course) from your phone to see if you find "BLP4970", which would correspond to your earbuds.

Looking forward to your response.

It’s still surprising that a manual wasn't provided to you (are they new?).

Hello,

Thank you for your response.

Yes, they were new when I acquired them 2 years ago and there was a manual, but there is no explanation for pairing the 2 earbuds.

My current problem is that there are 2 BLP4970 lines on the Bluetooth list and only one earbud works at a time, not both together.

Yes, when you long press on the earbud, the LED turns red and then goes off.

I do the same thing on both earbuds, but it's impossible to pair them to have sound at the same time on both earbuds.

Is there a touch zone on the case? (or a button).

My earbuds (Xiaomi brand) connect to my phone via a button on the case.

Hello,

Try this, turn off the earbuds, press and hold the button on each earbud for 10 seconds, then turn the earbuds back on to see.

Hello,

Thank you both for your replies.

Yes, there is a touch area on the case but it turns off after 3 seconds, and if I press on the case for 10 seconds, nothing happens.

I have already tried the 10 seconds on the touch area of the earbuds, they both turn off correctly, but then when I press again they turn on fine but do not pair.

10 seconds, that must be for turning off, but between 3 and 5 seconds, that must be for activating Bluetooth discovery.
