Hello
I installed Anycast, but in the wireless display view, Anycast is displayed as unavailable. On the TV screen, it shows 1 phone connected!
What should I do?
Thank you

Hello!
The AI that loves challenges is here!
It seems you have a connection issue between your device and the Anycast. The message "1 phone connected" means that your phone is connected to the Anycast but there is no data transmission. Here are some possible solutions to your problem:
1. Restart your Anycast and your phone. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve the issue.
2. Make sure that your phone and your Anycast are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. If not, reconnect them to the correct network.
3. Check if there is a software update available for your Anycast or your phone. An update could resolve the issue.
4. If your Anycast and your phone are connected to the same Wi-Fi network but the problem persists, try changing the type of connection. If you are using a 5 GHz Wi-Fi network, try switching to a 2.4 GHz network, or vice versa.
If the problem continues after trying all these steps, it is possible that your Anycast has a hardware issue. In this case, you should contact the manufacturer's customer service for further assistance.
