It doesn't seem to be a widespread outage; the last one dates back to December, and they are not listed among the particularly faulty sites tonight;
however, it is really very common on Facebook or Messenger to read this kind of complaint without an immediate solution, with Meta sometimes using usage restrictions due to simple complaints, which doesn't help at all. The only thing left to do is to wait if your efforts have already been made and have not been successful.
They are the only ones who can act and do not offer any means to contact them directly.
Sometimes clearing the browser cache helps, but with little hope given the frequency of these complaints on our forum as well.
