I was permanently banned after adding people using the quick add feature, is that normal?? The problem is that if we were banned by mistake, we can't contest with support, too bad.

    The problem with any social network is that only they can act on their accounts, whether it is normal or not, actually.

    If their support no longer allows for any recourse, and we've exhausted all means and they don't want to help, we can't do anything further as we have no access.

    We cannot substitute ourselves for either the social network or the banned member to do anything on their behalf.

    All those who have lost their meta accounts due to the major outage are in the same situation; we can only tell them to contact meta.
