Hacked Epic Games account

Hello,

I just had my Epic Games account hacked and the person I contacted by email said there was nothing they could do. The email address they used ends in .sa, I didn't even know that existed. Can you tell me how you got in touch with a competent person? I had to block my card since we had the Fortnite club.
