Epic Games keeps launching and closing endlessly ASUS TUFF gaming

Hello, here is my problem:

Everything was going well, but this morning I decided to launch Epic Games (there was no problem even though I've had this PC for over 4 months)
and the Epic Games launcher started to launch and close continuously. I restarted my PC and then reinstalled Epic Games. Nothing improved, so I completely reset my computer to factory settings. I still have the same problem...

IF someone could help me, I would be grateful ;)

    Good evening, I have an Asus and I have exactly the same problem as you since today. I formatted my PC and reinstalled everything but it still doesn't work.
    If anyone has a solution, we are interested.

        But I don't think it's because it's an Asus. I've never had this problem. I even played yesterday and had no issues. Just since today.

        Yeah, same here, I don't know if it's the PC or Epic Games that's having compatibility issues, but right now I just want to die because I totally reset my PC for a problem that might get fixed automatically T_T

        Same here, I'm trying to see if I can install an earlier version of the launcher to check if it starts.

        A colleague of mine had the same issue and the cause of the problem was a virus.

    I have the same issue on my ASUS Tuf gaming PC since today, I've tried everything.....

    I found a temporary solution:
    - Right-click on the Epic Game Launcher shortcut (on your desktop)
    - Properties
    - Compatibility
    - Check "Run this program in compatibility mode for:"
    - Set "Windows Vista"
    - Apply - OK
    And launch the launcher

    I just tested it and I'm shocked by this temporary solution!

      Really too Looooool, I confirm that Elbiscuitos is right. I tried several compatibility modes but only Vista works to start the launcher. A big thank you to you for the info. I still hope that the compatibility issue will be resolved quickly on their side.

    wsh I think I'm giving you the award for the biggest idiot. Dude, you reset your PC just because the Epic Games launcher bugged out, something everyone is experiencing and that's going to be fixed tomorrow.
