I am being overwhelmed by a Windows firewall alert that I don't know how to get rid of. It says: PC infected by Trojan (2V7HGTVB) with a phone number that I do not wish to call...
I don't know how to manage firewalls. If they are the ones involved.

Are you sure it's coming from the firewall?
