Supreme order canceled

Hello,

I'm reaching out here because I've received no responses anywhere, let alone from Supreme.

I've placed orders on the website http://www.supremenewyork.com/
and each time my orders are canceled for "other" reasons.

Is there anyone who can help me understand and especially resolve this issue?
Because Supreme isn't responding to my emails.

    Maybe they are not receiving your payments ???? praying for the opposite.

      Well yes actually because on my account I have the debit of the order and then their refund so I don't understand
