Payment method issue on PS5

Hello, I have a problem with the payment method. When I go to the payment method on my PS5, it says "an error has occurred" and there is a code in the top right corner that is as follows "CE-112837-2". Is this a problem that comes from the PS5 or did I accidentally disable a setting? I can't find the issue.
