I would like to know why when I want to add someone I know there is a purple circle around it and for people I don’t know, there is nothing.

Section Add Friends In the Stories page, while browsing through the stories shared by your contacts, you will also find a list of suggested friends. They are easily identifiable by a purple circle around their Bitmoji, along with a button to add them as a friend. Similarly, while exploring the Quick Add section, you will notice a circle of similar color encircling the Bitmoji of certain users. This is an indicator that these users have shared a story that you have not yet viewed. By selecting their Bitmoji, you will have the option to discover if they have published a story on their public profile.
