Hello, I bought an Ultimea Apollo S40 soundbar, but I can't change the audio output of my TV, which is a Continental Edison CELED50120B2. The option is not available in the sound settings, at least I can't find it. Can you help me?

Hello,
How are the 2 devices connected? HDMI, HDMI Arc, Optical cable, RCA cables, ....?
HDMI shouldn't work,
With HDMI Arc and Optical cable, there shouldn't be anything to set up if they haven't been disabled on the TV.
For RCA, check that they are indeed RCA out and it might be worth specifying that the output goes to these ports.

Hello, thank you very much for your response. We have tested all the cables and for now the devices are connected via HDMI 3 ARC for the TV and ARC on the soundbar. But how can we know if they have been disabled on the TV since it's not displayed in the settings? The problem does not come from the soundbar but from the TV because the sound settings do not offer the option "audio output." So I have no way, regardless of the cable, to get sound out other than from the TV. Unless you know how to do it. Please????
HDMI 3 is indeed ARC, it seems that you need to activate something called HDMI CEC, see in 6.12: https://www.cjoint.com/doc/24_04/NDAjPKnbNIv_celed50120b2.pdf
There is no setting for the optical connection, which should always be active.

Hello, here's a video tutorial to help you with the connections

Hello,
HDMI(ARC) connections can be finicky at times, I think the optical connection is to be preferred.
For setup in the TV's Sound menu, see SPDIF Mode and then choose PCM as the digital output mode in the options.
The digital output mode generally also relates to sound output via HDMI(ARC).
See the manual on page 25: https://api.continentaledison.fr/upload/743633c3dce9ac8e0386fdd18e9276b9.pdf
Note: If a device such as a decoder or TV box provides the image to the TV, it should be possible to connect to the audio output of that device.
Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it's not there...
