Audio delay with my soundbar and TV

Hello,
I need your help. I have a TV model Thomson 50UD6306 and a soundbar model Sony HT - SF 200, but when I connect them together with a certified ARC HDMI or optical cable, there’s a delay, and the settings on my TV amplify this delay instead of reducing it. My soundbar works perfectly with my PC or another TV, so if anyone has a solution, I’m all ears.
Thank you for your responses!

Hello, I copied a message from our "Andy" whom I greet:
Digital output delay(Home) > Settings > Config. > Sound > Advanced > Digital output delay
On other Home Cinema systems, you may need to adjust the audio sync delay to synchronize audio and video.
Disable this option if an audio delay is set on your Home Cinema.
Digital output offset (only available when digital output delay is enabled)(Home) > Settings > Config. > Sound > Advanced > Digital output offset•
If you're unable to set an offset on the Home Cinema system, you can adjust the TV to synchronize the sound.
• You can set an offset that compensates for the time it takes the Home Cinema system to process the sound from the TV image.• You can adjust the offset in increments of 5 ms. The maximum setting is 60 ms.
Tip :
Set your TV and Home system to the same level; if an echo is heard, adjust the offset to eliminate the echo and achieve perfect lip sync.
