Hello,

My 84-year-old mother has a Doro 6880 mobile phone.

An icon appears at the top left.

I don't know what it means.

It's a small orange rectangle above the "sound" symbol (speaker).

Apparently, she is no longer receiving certain calls. Can anyone help me?

Thank you in advance!

Hello,

You need to check the voicemail to remove the icon.

Best regards.

Hello,

On the manual I consulted online, there is no explanation for this symbol... https://www.modesdemploi.fr/doro/6880/mode-d-emploi

Hello,

This icon means that you have a voicemail (a new message is on your phone's answering machine).

Let's hope that over the past year he has been able to find a solution to access those messages....

Hello

My mother has the same issue; it’s a network problem.

It often happens on phones using 2G; they are shutting down servers because 2G will soon disappear.

Best regards
