Unable to reinstall WhatsApp on a Doro phone

Hello

My friend has a DORO 8042 Android 7 and since the last WhatsApp update it stopped working and wouldn't open anymore. So we uninstalled it.

Now it's impossible to reinstall it. We're trying to download it, but it's just spinning endlessly and nothing happens!

Do you think this could be due to not enough space...even though it was there before?

      Yes, it worked actually, it's since the update. I'm going to go to Orange because I've also had an issue with the Orange Bank app, impossible to reinstall it.

    It is likely that a number of applications no longer work on Android 7, which means updating if possible (unlikely), going without the applications in question, or changing phones.

      Or you can uninstall WhatsApp and restore an older version possibly found on an APK archive, provided it still works and this time you refuse the update. However, it's probably a no-go for banking applications that rely on new Android versions including an appropriate level of security.
