Hello,

I recently bought the BX 29 wireless earbuds that I use via Bluetooth with my Galaxy A40 smartphone.

I paired my devices successfully, and for about a month, I listened to music outside without any issues. Everything was fine.

Suddenly, as soon as I connect my earbuds (confirmation of connection in my ear), the music cuts out instantly.

I've tried everything—turning Bluetooth off and on, etc.—but nothing works.

Thank you for your help.

Hello.

The earphones being under warranty ===> return to customer service.

Thank you,

Do you think it comes from the headphones?

When I activate Bluetooth, my headphones indicate connected, so I deduce that the sound is working, except that at the same time it cuts off the music.

Without having the headphones in hand, it's difficult to make a diagnosis from a distance; take advantage of the warranty and check with customer service.

You can also try on another phone; if it works, then the settings of your phone are the issue.

OK.

I'll take a look at that.

I'll lean more towards phone settings, but I can't see it.

Thank you.

I just found the reason.

In fact, it was due to the sound on the headphones, which for some reason I don’t know was at zero, even though I hadn’t touched anything.

I apologize for this inconvenience.

Problem solved.

Thank you.

Fortunately, it was just a bad setting.

Thank you for the feedback.

See you on CCM.
