I12 TWS Earbud Battery Issue

Hello,
I recently bought the I12 TWS earbuds. I've read a lot that they have a battery life of 1 to 3 hours when listening to music...
however, when I use them for 15 minutes and then leave them for 2 hours without using them, when I pick them up again, they only last about 10 minutes... even though they were fully charged initially and are supposed to recharge while in the case...

Is anyone else experiencing the same problem as me?
Or is there a way to turn off the earbuds so they don't drain?

    Hello, I found the solution. Charge the case as you said; the case charges but not the earphones. Once the case has charged long enough, unplug the cable, press the button to connect the earphones, and normally the case has a blue LED that lights up. Look at the place where the opening is; if there's a red dot, leave it like that and the earphones will charge. It works for me, and I hope it works for you too.

      I can't find the LED on the black casing and I have an iPhone; how can I check the battery?
