Hello,
We bought a CLAYTON brand TV at Carrefour (model: CLA-CL40LED23BSW>Z) but the TV does not respond to the remote control. A message is displayed on the screen: my button is set.
I reset the remote control but it still doesn't work. I searched for a user manual for the remote control but couldn't find the "my button 1" "my button 2". They do not exist on this remote control.
For your information, the model of the remote control is as follows: RC45157

We bought a CLAYTON brand TV at Carrefour...We need to ask the store if there is a problem with the TV remote.

The exact same thing is happening with my Clayton TV; suddenly it keeps saying my button is set even though we haven't touched it. I think it's more of a problem with the TV itself. There was a big update a week ago, and now, a week later, I get this info message saying my button is set. I find that a bit strange, to be honest.
