D_Jix issues with headphones

Hello,

my mp3 d-jix m500, when connected to headphones, only plays sound from one of the two headphones; the headphones work well on other devices. Does anyone have a solution, please?

    Have these same headphones ever worked well with this same MP3 player...?

    If yes, it’s probably the 3.5mm jack that’s the issue...

    -- A bent, broken, or dirty contact tab... dirt accumulated inside... you need to take a close look with a good light... or an endoscope... and clean the inside with a toothpick... or something else... for example, a stripped length of multi-strand wire (1.5mm²) about 3cm long, turned up to act like a micro metal brush...

    There’s an idea...
