Hello,
I bought an EDENWOOD ED32A07 HD-VE smart TV yesterday at Électro dépôt Amiens. It's for a bedroom, so a secondary set. I have a Free fiber wifi network. I'm not sure if this new television has a built-in Chromecast because after plugging it in, I activated the wifi and entered my codes. I have Netflix with the remote, but there is no detection with the little wifi rectangle on my Android phone to cast; my phone only shows the box connected to the TV in my living room, not the Edenwood TV. Could you please clarify this for me?

The Edenwood TV you purchased probably has a built-in casting feature, but not necessarily Chromecast. Your phone may not be able to detect it. I suggest you try these steps:
1. Make sure your phone and TV are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
2. Check if a casting app is available on your Edenwood TV. If so, you may need to configure it to be detectable by your phone.
3. Test new casting apps on your Android phone, like Miracast. These apps can often detect casting devices that aren't visible otherwise.
4. If you have Chromecast, you can try to add it manually. Go to the Google Home app on your phone, click on "Add," then "Set up a new device," and follow the instructions.
5. Reset your TV and phone, it might solve the problem.
6. It's possible that the screen sharing module of your TV is defective. In that case, I would recommend taking it to a service center for repair.
If nothing works, it probably means your TV doesn't have the built-in casting capability. In that case, you can buy an external casting dongle like a Google Chromecast to add that feature to your TV.
