Sublimation issues on mugs

Hello, I have a problem with my sublimation on mugs. I have an Epson EcoTank ET-2812 printer with Jetlifetech sublimation ink. My mugs are Cricut for sublimation and my machine is a Vevor. When I try to do a sublimation, nothing stays on the mug, there's no transfer. I don't understand, I've been trying different things for several weeks and I can't succeed. Can you please help me? Thank you.

    Are these your first attempts?

    Possible causes:
    - Wrong printing direction on the transfer paper
    - Defective mugs

    When you say it doesn't stay on the mug, does the transfer happen but doesn't adhere? In this case, check the temperature or pressing time.
