Hello,
I would like some advice on how to erase a mug that I pressed incorrectly.
I have a machine for making sublimation mugs.
Is there a product to remove sublimation ink?

Nothing to my knowledge...
The ink dye sublimates and penetrates the polyurethane layer that is deposited on the mug... Aside from scraping or dissolving the layer, I see no solution...
And in that case, you won't be able to print on it anymore...
