Sublimation on mug: no transfer

Hello,

I started sublimation on mugs, I've followed a lot of tutorials on YouTube and recommendations in Facebook groups.

I think I did everything right, and yet when I try to transfer with my heat press, nothing happens. The mug remains completely white, zero transfer.

Have you ever had the same issue, and how did you get it to work?

Here is my equipment:

Epson Ecotank 1810 printer, A-sub A4 125g sublimation paper, Nysfou sublimation ink, and I emphasize that there were no other inks in the printer before. My mugs are special for sublimation, they come from Creadhésif, which recommends heating them to 200 degrees for 200 seconds in the press (which I did), and the press is the Vevor special Mug which is properly set in degrees Celsius.

Can anyone help me?

Thank you very much

Wendy

Everything seems normal except if you print on the wrong side of the transfer paper....
Are you sure about the direction?
Now, defective mugs can sometimes be seen.
