Unable to install the uTorrent software

Hello,

I'm trying to download the uTorrent software and everything seems to be going well, but when I try to install it, I get the following message:

"D:\Users\Toto\Downloads\utorrent_installer.exe

Unable to complete the operation because the file contains a virus or potentially unwanted software."

I've tried other "safe" sites and I get the same response.

What do you think?

    Hello

    Quite a few antivirus programs are now flagging adware with uTorrent.

    As mentioned, use the official site for downloading; there are also alternatives that work, the recent ones are listed on this page if needed, and some require less workload on the PC than uTorrent.

    Thank you for your answers. With VirusTotal, there are 23 reports out of 73. This software is completely infected. I opted for the portable version and everything works there.
