Marketplace access blocked

Hello,

My marketplace account has been blocked by Facebook for 2 days. I can only click on "request a review," but when I do, I end up at the help page, which is no help at all. I have no information on the duration of the block and no way to appeal or find out why I am blocked. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

    Radinoz, thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, I had already updated and accepted the new terms of use. What is displayed when I try to enter the marketplace is: "the marketplace is not available for you."

    I suppose this is related to the sale of an item that was refused, but that I reposted differently. However, it is not an item that violates the rules, and I don't even know if that's really the issue because I can't dispute it. In short, no information and apparently no solution other than waiting for it to be unlocked, maybe one day... it's a shame for my purchases and my sales... however small they may be!

    If you have any other clues, I would be interested.
