Issue with Facebook Marketplace Real Estate

Hello,

I regularly post ads for houses only on Facebook Marketplace as a "PRO".

Today I received the message:

Marketplace is not available to you

You may see this message if you have recently joined Facebook, if Marketplace has not been launched in your country, or if your account does not meet our eligibility criteria. To learn more, please visit our help pages.

I have heard of several contacts who also had their access to Marketplace suspended in this way.

Do you have a solution? Could someone have reported my account? Or is Facebook sorting between professionals and individuals?

    Thank you, it's the one I had, but unfortunately I can't send a message. It doesn't give me any options.

      No, and it's hard to understand. It happened overnight without having published anything... It's not possible to fill out the form as indicated, though.

    Same thing since yesterday, no access to Marketplace and no possibility to send a message even though I haven't published a listing recently.

        See MPMP10's answers and links for the ads to delete, the form to fill out, and Facebook's help pages. We can’t do anything here.

        They need to comply with the sales declaration system or Bercy, that's the reason I don't know the details. Some ads may not be written the way they should be, it's not my specialty.

      Yes, but there's nothing we can do here…

      As explained above, regardless of the registration date, you need to address this with Facebook; only Facebook can correct the issue if it’s a mistake, so there are no other options than to discuss this with Facebook.
