FB/Messenger Connection Issue After Meta Outage - Help

I'm having a problem with my Facebook and Messenger accounts following the Meta outage that occurred earlier today. Because of this outage, I was automatically logged out of both apps on my iPhone, my tablet, and my web browser. When I try to log back in, the system asks me for a code from Microsoft Authenticator, which I no longer have access to since I changed my phone.
To make matters worse, Facebook/Messenger also requires me to approve the login via a previously used device. However, since I've been logged out of all devices, I am unable to do that. I've tried several solutions, but none have worked, and I'm stuck in a loop without receiving any codes.
I'm reaching out to the community to see if anyone else has encountered a similar problem or has suggestions for resolving this issue. I would appreciate any help or advice you could provide, as I need to regain access to these platforms for my work.

Still nothing received either, grr. I've tried everything but it seems that the phone number is blocked.
I see I'm not the only one!!! I can't connect to Facebook because I get a message saying a code has been sent to my phone. The last 2 digits of my phone number listed are correct, but I never receive a code! And when I try again, it tells me that the number of code sends is limited and they can't send any more! Have you found a solution? Thank you
Good evening, has anyone found a solution? I'm going crazy with this two-factor authentication. After 48 hours of being locked out, I finally received a code. I managed to log in and immediately wanted to disable two-factor authentication. It's impossible! When I disable it and log back in, I land on a page saying "To log in, please set up two-factor authentication." There's no way to escape it. If I select that I want to log in with an authentication app, nothing happens! I don't know how it works. And if I choose to authenticate with a code via text message: I don't receive any text and I get locked out after a while because it says the number of attempts is limited! I can't get out of this loop, and I've even been logged out of my phone, so I can't log in either to my computer or my phone.
