    Smart TVs mostly have commercial intelligence only.

    It is not said that the model in question does not rely on a proprietary operating system that is neither Android nor Tizen, and without Android, there is no Google Play, and even if it is Android, the interface may be limited to only those applications that Samsung (or any other brand) has deemed worthy of access.
