Hello, I used a HUAWEI Y5p smartphone without Google services until it stopped functioning properly.
In anticipation of upcoming issues, I had backed up my contacts that I sent to my Gmail address, it's a vCard file.
I am trying to install this backup on my current Tecno Pop 5 Pro Android 11 smartphone, but the messages "Import impossible" and "the format is not compatible" appear.
Do you think there is a solution?
