Hello,
For several months now, I have been unable to reach my brother (a subscriber with ALICE and owning a Siemens phone) from my landline (I am subscribed to DARTYBOX, my phone is a Philips CD655). Instead of ringing, a voice message conveys the following message: YOUR CALLER IS NOT AUTHORIZED TO RECEIVE THIS TYPE OF CALL.
After several calls to Darty, with no results, I am reaching out to someone who might have had this type of problem and was able to resolve it.

Configuration: Windows XP / Safari 534.3

Hello Busyspider,
My number is indeed hidden, but I tried calling my brother using #31# to "unmask" my number; unfortunately, the same problem persists. I don't think it's due to my phone or Dartybox, as I didn't have this issue in the beginning.
