Unable to retrieve Instagram ad receipt / invoice

Hello,
do you know how I can successfully retrieve my invoices / receipts related to the sponsored ads I've done for my business on Instagram?
Previously, in 2023, I just had to go to the order and payment section -> promotion payment -> payment methods -> payment activities.
I could then find my entire payment history and download receipts for my accountant.
However, since the beginning of 2023, when I go through this process, in the end, it leads me to access help pages and in no way to my payment history.
I also tried to log in from the computer on the Meta suite, but nothing appears.
I can't reach Instagram support to assist me :(
If this has ever happened to you, or if you have a little idea to resolve my issue, I'd be grateful!!

I'm having the same problem since January 2024! I can't get hold of the invoices and I can't get in touch with Instagram at all, it's really annoying, my accounting department is asking me for everything!

I have exactly the same problem, while everything was fine until around October 2023. On the app, there is a total disappearance of invoices and an error message as well. Online, I can see them, but I can't download them. When I click, it says:
"Sorry, this content is currently unavailable. The link you followed may have expired or the page may only be accessible to an audience you are not part of."
I have written several times, and I'm told that someone will get back to me, but I have received no news.

The same problem here, the following message appears when I try to download the invoices.
"Sorry, this content is currently not available. The link you followed may have expired or the page may only be accessible to an audience that you are not part of."
Impossible to find any information online about this!!!
