Hello
I am using macOS 10.13 on my Mac mini
I receive a message saying that I need to have macOS 10.15 or a later version to receive future updates
My question: how can I get macOS 10.15 or a later version without altering the information and files saved on my computer

To upgrade your Mac from MacOS 10.13 to 10.15 or later, it is recommended to follow these steps:
1. Make sure your Mac is capable of handling the new update: generally, if your Mac was made from 2012 onwards, it should be able to do so.
2. Back up your Mac's data. You can use Time Machine, which is a built-in backup utility in MacOS. This will preserve your files and applications during the update.
