Caisse d'Épargne Secur Pass

Hello,
Context: I have had an account with Caisse d'épargne for quite a few years.
I moved to Canada two years ago, informing my advisors about it.
Problem: I activated the famous "SecurPass" before leaving but changed my phone in the meantime. I entered my Canadian number without realizing that international numbers were not accepted...
I find myself with a new SecurPass activation request that sends a code to an international number that is not accepted. My advisor tells me "there's nothing that can be done from afar" and the website and app tell me to contact my advisor to change the number...
I'm in a tough spot because I need to make transfers with my French account and I would also like to send myself some money.
I currently cannot return to France as I am renewing my Visa.
Has anyone ever been in this situation or knows how to get out of it??
I don't understand how I can’t access my accounts when I have all my access except for this SecurPass code that got lost due to a phone change!

Good evening,
This request is off-topic in this section of the forum, which only deals with issues related to online consumption.
Please refer to our neighbors in the law and finance section https://droit-finances.commentcamarche.com/forum/banque-et-credit-5
Personally, I had to change my number and I had no choice but to go to the agency.
Sincerely.
