Do you know what a "GiolSupport" folder at the root of the C:\ drive could be?

We have no idea where it came from.

    Good evening,

    The PC is a ThinkStation P320 and I reinstalled W10 when I bought it.

    After a more in-depth analysis of the folder... I found it.

    It's a folder created by a medical data visualization application.
