She doesn't receive my messages on messenger

On Facebook, I have a friend but I can't start a conversation. It says "friends" in a blue box. She had blocked me before and I had blocked her too. Lol. But we've both unblocked each other now. I can see her on Messenger, but the green button next to her name is not lit even though she's online. I send a message via Messenger and it shows as sent, but she doesn't receive it. And she can't see me in her Messenger.

    You need to check the filtered messages box... Once authorized, they will appear in the main inbox.
