TV and Bbox turned off all at once

Good evening
I was vacuuming and when I returned to my living room, I noticed that everything was off.
I called Bouygues who told me that it didn't come from them and that they noticed everything was off at my place.
A neighbor just came home, I went to ask her, and the internet is working at her place.
I have a meter, but I don't see how it could relate to this problem!
Could you help me find out?
Thank you

Hello
You should first check the electrical panel to make sure everything is in order, and then check the outlets where the box and the TV are connected.

The light works everywhere in the apartment.
I have only one electrical panel:
I wonder if it might be the power strips, I have a lot of outlets since I’ve been here.

Question :
Is it better to use a single power strip for the 7 connections or does it not matter?

Hey
It's important, it's very important not to put too much load on a single wire, we have to calculate when using a power strip.
For example, I sometimes plug the vacuum cleaner into the room next door, never into the wall socket where everything electronic is plugged in. Even less so on the same power strip.
As dany311 said, anyway, we need to check that all the connections work properly towards the box and the TV and in the room in general.

Hello.
Since this is an electrical problem, ask this question in the electricity forum.

With Free I only had one power strip, but with Bouygues since January 23, I have two power strips: 3 TV + soundbar + phone connections, and on the ByG side: 3 Bbox + modem + Huawei connections.
It seems like a lot to me.
So I will call Bouygues tomorrow to get their advice so that this doesn't happen again.

On the other hand, it would be high time for Bouygues to start providing boxes with integrated ONT (fiber box) in the box itself. If this continues, they will be the only ones to offer it separately, which would reduce the number of electrical sockets needed. However, in terms of electricity consumption, it's almost negligible; it should be indicated on the power supply unit anyway.
Yes, but they are no longer provided currently, replaced by the fiber box 7.
Note that RED SFR informs me through a legal but highly questionable trick that my offer no longer exists, to be replaced by a new one whose only differences are the name and the price (over a 40% increase), while carefully keeping the ONT from me.
The situation is unclear; the Box was changed not long ago in favor of one "offering better Wi-Fi speed," which I couldn't care less about since it is not activated, but it is no longer the previous white device, rather a black one on a stand that seems to be a NB7?If it’s black, standing with an external ONT, it’s an old fiber plus box
From a distance, it looks like a fiber box 7, but the interface is like on the NB6, it seems to me; by the way, the name is nb6VAC

Hello everyone and thank you for your feedback.
So I called Bouygues who checked and confirmed that there was overvoltage on my installation: normal since everything is plugged into the same socket.
So the lady scheduled an appointment with an installation technician for the 15th to review the setup. I will ask for it to be like it was with Free, that is to say:
in the living room, by the desk, the 2 connections for the Bbox + landline
and opposite, the 4 connections for the TV + modem + Huweil + Bose "dialogue" soundbar.I will check with the technician if it won't be too heavy on the desk where I also have the printer and the PC.
If he installs 2 powerline adapters, which connections will be avoided?
My Bbox is the special series at €29.90:

They won't install powerline adapters for you, I hope not, that would be a serious mistake.
Powerline adapters are used to transmit the network signal and your problem is electrical; the powerline adapters would add 2 additional electrical devices, which is foolish.
I don't see how Bouygues' hotline could diagnose a "surge" remotely, we are really dealing with incompetent vocabulary that mocks your situation.

Hello,
So the installer technician came and couldn't do anything given the installation. He called Bouygues who proposed a repeater to send the WiFi signal to the white modem once moved.
So I received it this Wednesday. The person who was supposed to call me did not do so, so I managed by myself... with some logic.
I left the black bbox decoder next to the TV; and I plugged the yellow ethernet cable from the decoder into the repeater that I placed on the shelf facing the modem.
I placed the white modem and the Huawei on the high shelf of my desk (about 4m from the TV) with the green optical cable connected from the Huawei to the box already installed at the bottom of the wall of the desk.
So I no longer need the optical cable that goes around the room or the second box which I am keeping anyway.
It works perfectly. Very happy ;-)

No, because before I had EVERYTHING on the same outlet. Now I have the white modem and Huawei next to the desk on a surge protector plugged into the wall outlet (with PC and printer),
and next to the TV I have the black box and repeater on a surge protector plugged into the wall outlet (with TV and soundbar).
Just a little trouble connecting to the internet when I turn it on, but it doesn’t last long.
