Hello,

My dog has attacked the box and the wiring of the fiber... I don't know who to turn to for repairs, and I especially don't know which operator the box comes from...

      Hi, no I'm renting and I don't have an internet subscription, I don't have a TV either, so... I'm not really sure about this box, I would have said Free because I know that's what connects best via Wi-Fi but that's about it...

        The landlord must know who the building operator is, it's him who fixes that.
        In fact, a new socket is needed and two pigtails must be soldered to the ends of the broken fibers.
