Hello, I was charged the amount of €2.91 without my authorization. Can someone tell me who is behind this Google charge and how I can recover my money? Could you please respond to me quickly, thank you.

    Hello

    It's you who will find the answer:

    1) On a computer:

    • open your browser and go to the search engine Google.com.
    • click on your image at the top right, then on Manage your Google Account.
    • on the left, click on Payments & subscriptions. You will find the details of your purchases and subscriptions.

    2) On a smartphone:

    • go to Settings > Google > Manage your Google Account
    • under your email address, select the Payments & subscriptions tab

    As before, you will find the details of your purchases and subscriptions.

    Only you know. Please tell us what description appears with the amount charged on your bank statement?... On the CCM Forum, we are not clairvoyants.
