JBL 760 headset, a fan noise, nothing works.

Hello, my JBL 760 headset is at most 1 or 2 years old. I've always taken care of it, it looks brand new. However, I've already had some issues. But now I feel like it's done for. It makes a humming/ventilation noise, which you can only hear when you put the headset on. I tried disconnecting my headset from my phone, which I managed to do. I wanted to turn it off, impossible. Reconnect it, impossible. Restart it, impossible. Just this constant ventilation noise without even being able to reconnect it to my phone. It stays on. Has this ever happened to you? Do you have any solutions?

Also, test it on another device to see if the same behavior occurs.
"My JBL 760 headphones are at most 1 or 2 years old." If they are less than 2 years old, they are still under warranty...
