JBL 770 NC headset won't turn on

Hello,

I just bought a JBL Tune 770 NC headset, and even though I put it on charge, it only lasts a few seconds and doesn't charge anymore. It's even impossible to turn it on. If you have any suggestions, I would appreciate it please.

    Hello,

    Since you just bought it and it has this type of defect... the best thing is definitely to return it under warranty...
