Uncontrollable horizontal scrolling

Hello, when a window is active and there is a horizontal scrollbar, it automatically activates non-stop. For example, in Excel, when I hover my mouse over the workbook, the horizontal scrolling starts endlessly and the window moves to the right columns indefinitely. I have the same problem everywhere there is a possibility of horizontal scrolling. Even on the volume slider. It moves to 100% automatically. I have restarted, changed the keyboard and the mouse... Does anyone have an idea? Thanks

"I have the same problem everywhere there is horizontal scrolling": I think the right arrow key, between the alpha keys and the number keys, is stuck without you realizing it, or its return spring is broken.
It behaves as if you were pressing it.
"change keyboard and mouse": the same thing with an external keyboard?
So it's not a key issue!
