Can one of you tell me how to adjust the slideshow scrolling in Windows 10?

I haven't seen an answer on the site regarding Windows 10.

So if I remember correctly, I read right here that it is not possible to set a scrolling time.

There is only the office theme where the lowest value is one minute per image.
