The screen of my Y13 high school PC won't turn on.

Hello, I have a problem with my school PC (Y13 year 2023/2024): it won't turn on, the light under the power button is on but nothing happens and the screen remains black; when I press the Caps Lock key nothing happens, the light stays off. I need help. I’ve tried restarting it several times and charging it all day but nothing happens.
Thank you in advance for your responses.

Good evening,
To repair a PC, you generally need to access the BIOS (to allow booting from an external device). However, the PCs lent by the National Education are locked and do not allow the installation of diagnostic utilities.
In the absence of visual or audible alerts at startup, it is likely that there is a hardware issue (screen connection cable, motherboard) preventing the boot.
In any case, you are not authorized to "fix" it yourself; the only solution is to return the PC to the supervising teacher, who will likely either send it for repair or lend you another one.
These provisions are outlined in the contract signed by the parents or the adult student.
